By default, all discounts also apply at the Point of Sale (POS).
Because of a Shopify restriction, automatic discounts are only available with POS Pro. Standard POS cannot trigger them.
If you’d prefer to:
Exclude POS from a discount, or
Limit a discount to POS only
Our team can help by setting up a manual rule for you. This won’t affect Shopify’s automatic discount limitation, but it does give you flexibility with how your discounts work on POS Pro.
