Expired campaigns are automatically set to Inactive
Once a campaign expires, its status is automatically updated to Inactive and displayed accordingly throughout the app. This status change occurs automatically and requires no manual action.
Expired campaigns cannot be activated
To prevent expired promotions from running unintentionally, campaigns with a past end date cannot be activated. If a campaign has expired, the activation option will remain unavailable until the campaign dates are updated.
Reactivating an expired campaign
If you want to continue using an expired campaign, you must first update the campaign's end date to a future date.
To reactivate the campaign:
Open the campaign.
Update the end date.
Save the changes.
Activate the campaign manually.
After the end date has been updated, the campaign becomes eligible for activation again.
