To apply discounts to certain customers, go to the Customer Filters section available in all discount types. You'll find two options:
Eligible Customers: Add tags for customers who should receive the discount.
Excluded Customers: Add tags for customers who should not receive the discount.
Simply enter the appropriate customer tags in each field to control who gets the discount.
