Easily display discounted prices, sale badges, countdown timers, and volume discount tables on your storefront using Discount Mixer’s storefront features.
Step 1 — Enable the Discount View Embed
To display discounted prices and badges on your store, you’ll need to enable our Discount view app embed. This is critical to ensure seamless display of all discount-related features across your storefront, preventing potential visibility gaps.
Additionally, Discount Mixer enables a clear visual representation of discounts by displaying the original price with a strikethrough alongside the discounted price both on the product page and at checkout. This immediately highlights the value of the discount for customers.
How to find it:
You can access the embed in two ways:
Use the direct link available on the Discount Mixer app homepage after creating a campaign.
Or manually via Shopify → Online Store → Themes → Customize → App Embeds (right-hand sidebar) → Search for Discount Mixer or Discount view.
How to enable it:
If you’re using our direct link, the embed should activate automatically. If not, simply toggle it on manually.
What happens after enabling?
Once enabled, all active automatic discount campaigns will automatically display discounted prices and sale badges across your storefront — including product pages, collection pages, and more. However, some themes may not fully support the embed due to missing configurations. Always confirm your theme compatibility to avoid display issues.
You'll also unlock extra features like:
Sale badge display on product images
Product page countdown timers
Volume discount tables on product pages
Step 2 — Customize the Look & Feel
You can customize every element of your storefront features to match your brand.
Go to → Customization → Product Discount Appearance to:
Adjust colors, fonts, and styles
Choose where the sale badge appears (next to price or over product image)
Swap price order (discounted price first or original price first)
Customize Volume Discount Tables
For Volume Discount campaigns, enable the volume table display by toggling Show on Product Page in the campaign settings.
By default, it appears above the Add to Cart button on eligible products.
Customize it further via → Customization → Volume Discount Table
Options include:
Different styles & layouts

Adding a title
Enable & Customize Countdown Timers

The campaign is scheduled OR

Why Do Discounts Persist After Campaigns Are Deleted or Deactivated?
When managing discounts and campaigns in Discount Mixer, you may encounter situations where discounts appear to persist even after campaigns are deleted or deactivated. This section explains the common reasons for this issue and provides steps to resolve it effectively.
Common Reasons for Persistent Discounts
Active Campaign Membership: Products may still be part of other active campaigns. For example, if a product is included in multiple campaigns, such as seasonal promotions or bundled discounts, the discounts will remain visible until all associated campaigns are deactivated.
Price Update Delays: When using features like Sales channels, price changes may take some time to revert after a campaign is removed. This delay can cause discounts to appear active even though the campaign has been deleted.
Steps to Verify and Resolve Persistent Discounts
To address this issue, follow these steps:
Check Active Campaigns:
Verify whether the affected products are still included in any active campaigns.
Disable or adjust those campaigns as needed to remove the discounts.
Wait for Price Updates:
Allow some time for prices to revert to their original values after removing a campaign.
Avoid creating new campaigns until the prices have fully updated to prevent compounded discounts.
