How do cart goal campaigns work?

These campaigns apply the discount on chosen product group if the whole cart has reached a specific value.

Cart goal campaigns evaluate the total value of a customer’s cart. If it reaches a specified amount, a discount is applied to the products you select in the “Applied to” section. You can also set up multiple tiers to offer higher discounts as the cart value increases.

🎯 Example 1: Discount on Specific Products

If you want to apply a 10% discount to two specific products when the cart total reaches £200:

  1. In the "Applied to" section, select the two products:

💰 Example 2: Discount on the Whole Cart

If you want to apply a 20% discount to the entire cart when the total reaches £1,000, and 30% when it reaches £2,000:

  1. In the "Applied to" section, choose “All products”:
