What happens when the same product is in multiple campaigns?

The most recent campaign takes priority, so any overlapping products will follow the settings of the newest campaign.

There's a priority system in the app that determines how your campaigns interact with one another. By default, the most recently created campaign takes precedence.

So, if multiple campaigns include the same product (or products), the newest campaign will override any earlier ones for those specific items. In other words, the latest campaign involving a product is the one that will take effect — even if that product appears in older campaigns as well.

For example:

Let’s say you’ve created the following campaigns:

  • Campaign A (created on 1st March) – includes Product X and Product Y

  • Campaign B (created on 15th March) – includes Product Y and Product Z

Since Campaign B is more recent, it takes priority for any overlapping products.

Here's how it plays out:

  • Product X will follow the settings from Campaign A, as it’s only included there.

  • Product Y, which appears in both campaigns, will follow Campaign B, as it's the latest.

  • Product Z will follow Campaign B, as it’s only included there.

In short:

When products are shared across multiple campaigns, the most recent campaign "wins" and determines what applies to those products.
